About the Author

Mr. M. Karthikeyan graduated in Commerce from the University of Madras and later did his law degree from Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Madras. Apart from being a leading advocate in the Madras High Court, he is also deeply interested in education. He has also served as a Senior Counsel for several government institutions such as nationalized banks and the Food Corporation of India. He has also served as Additional Government Pleader (AGP) and later as Special Government Pleader (SGP) representing the State Government of Tamil Nadu in the Madras High Court. He is currently continuing his legal practice as a member of the Senior Standing Council Penal of the Central Government.
